I think Erik finds Leo above all baffling, and being a creature of curiosity, he cannot leave a mystery alone despite himself.

true. I even find Leo baffling sometimes. Hes just that type of person that sucks people in and enjoys their company, I guess. Thats how I see it anyways. And its that kind of personality I wish I had.

Leo is a sort of a perso who invites curiosity, I think.
He has been through a lot, so he's learned to distance himself;
he tries to carry his heart locked up.
But evey now and the he sees something, or someone, and it's like a hot spike through the heart.
He suffers because he cannot give up on the cruel world.
I think he sees himself in Erik, in that sense...

true. I feel like Erik and Leo at some points right now. Just with whats been going on and how people are treating me. (I exclude family from people who treat me differently)

Its nice to know that someone does. Its just really hard to be myself when people expect me to be something completely different from it.

The key, I think, is to recognize and celebrate the talent, however big or small, and not let it be buried by all the expectations thrown in your way.
