well, i reocmand using them in illustrator. you get best results there
photoshop has a very good vector support, but it can`t be compared to the original

isn't illustrator only good with a tablet though?

it works perfectly with the pen tool (shortcut P), all you need is a little practice. i've been working with ill for 4 years without tablet. and now i'm using the tablet only for complex line art.
