The only one notable is his loud outbursts when excited, but when he realizes it, he tries to relax a bit. He knows not many people like loud noises/people.

Which languages do they know, and how good at them are they?
English and Japanese. He's great at both because his parents wanted him to know at least both languages, and try to learn even more if possible but he lost interest. (Too much work.)

Clingy: Because he never really had too many friends, he will constantly bug you if befriended.

Biography:
Reizei. Reizei. Reizei? That name, it's familiar.
That's right. It's Gagen's last name as well.

Gagen and Sebastian have quite the long history.
Quick summary for context:
Gagen was born, his bio dad passed and his mother, the carrier of the Reizei name, was too distraught at the fact that he had been taken from her, left Gagen with a really close family friend, making him the man he is today.
( Note; Miss Reizei is a strong willed woman. Her thought process is; I had the baby, it gets my last name. )

The story of Sebastian is one now being told; and something also being revealed to Gagen soon;

Miss Reizei, had stricken off love, thinking that in the 4 years she was on her own, she would never find someone again that she could open her heart to. Well, she found herself incorrect when meeting Sebastian's father. His father was a British businessman who had moved to Japan to become a quite large hotel owner in the area. The two bonded when Miss Reizei was looking for a job and the topic of past lost loves came up. ( She didn't end up getting the job, but instead she got a relationship with someone who seemed to come out of nowhere. )

Becoming pregnant a year after their relationship began, her and the man ended up tying the knot and well, that is where Sebastian came in. While Miss Reizei had now a life of healing starting to begin, she could feel the guilt try to well up as she thought about her first son. She couldn't bring herself to tell Gagen about her personal life, and the one time that he had come to visit her with a familiar pink haired friend, she couldn't quite get out the things she so longed to tell him.

However, once Sebastian neared High school age, she thought that there was no hiding this forever so; she enrolled him into SRA, after all, a good friend Sebastian had met in middle school, a young Mitsuo, was also going to attend the school. Knowing that, Sebastian was excited to go to such a school. Not only with a best friend, but he would be able to see a ton of talented people and get to hang out in such a cool place!

Does Sebastian know about Gagen? Not personally yet but the name? It's familiar.
But that will all be solved soon when the two meet.
