Hello! I'm an author currently writing my 4th book "The Box." It's about aΒ man who gets trapped 329 years into the future. Throughout all my books I include photos to give the reader more of a visualization of what I'm writing about. This photo would be perfect to use! I was wondering if I could use your photo in my worldwide published novel! Of course, I'd give you proper credit in my introduction, and yourΒ photo would be used in a positive way.Β
Do I have permission to use this exact photo?
Thanks!

Could I use a cropped section of this piece for a small piece of my RP site? I would like to use it as a reference photo of one of the cities that are available to RP in. Here's a link to the site. It's very much a work in progress and not even close to functional yet...but I was just wondering since it's a very good quality and beautiful digital painting. It would be an honor if I could use a portion of it. I would definitely credit you, and provide a link to your deviant art account. or if you have a website you'd rather me link it to, I would be more than happy to do that as well.
Thank you for your consideration,
Samantha
PS Here's a link to the RP site: [link]

Beautiful work, the light and shadow gives it a great feel. What did you do it in?

I always had a hard time trying to make a two dimentional image look three dimentional. My forshortening sucks. I think that's why I started building. The quicky Rider is very cool I have always liked alien landscapes and cityscapes, growing up on sci fi will do that to you.

Thanx!
Your models are very cool, so I see you definitely understand structures.
I guess you should spend more time drawing perspective. My perspective studies suck, and that has limited my environmental design skills. I am working hard to improve that.

I should spend time working on my drawing but the next thing I want to work on is digital model building and out puting the models to a CNC machine or printer. I'm hoping that will speed up the time frame on some of the models I build.

That's incredible, so realistic. Must have taken you forever to do all that detail, nice work!
