I saw the older version of the drawing and... wow, is quite an improvment.
As for this drawing, I haven't read/watch harry potter so I really can not tell if they look like the characters they represent or not, but I can tell they are really well drawn and I really like the style, kind of half way between realism and caricature.

I think my favourite is the first one, Lily, she is a lot more detailed than the others and I love her hair and expresion... I also like the way the face is shaded, maybe it is just because of the colors, but I feel it has more deep and realism than the others.

Now talking more in general, I like the way you used the palettes, and how you mananged to make the characters look nice despite the "weird" colors. The one that I thinks needs some more improvment is Hermione, she just looks... flat, compared to the rest. I think a couple more shadows on the light side of her face and some more lines in the hair could make her look so much better.

I checked out the older one, and wow, there has been major improvement, so congrats on that! I'll start by talking about the first four: You used the color schemes really well, and my favorite thing is that there is a sense of light shining on the characters. Lily's ear looks a bit odd and too small, but i think that's the only thing that needs fixing.

Now as for the last two, Ron and Hermione, i do agree, i like how they look, despite looking less complete than the first four. I think that's because the lines look a bit wobbly in some areas, which is why it's important to use quick flicks of the wrists to make straight lines, but that's the only thing that needs improvement. How you decided to use the colors, especially with Hermione, makes a very interesting contrast. The purple being used for her skin, and the yellow for her eyes creates a negative space sort of effect, and the hard lines make her portrait look more like pop-art. Ron's portrait is similar, though the thinner lines and softer colors remind me of those vintage comics of superheros.

Really good work and keep it up!

This is really nice, I would struggle doing a drawing like this. All the anatomy looks correct. You did an amazing job! Keep up the good work~
