Please let me first point out what I like about this picture.
+ Concept. The Concept itself is very nice. Depicting a zodiac sign as attractive woman - a mysterious seductress, a spirited dancer. I'm not very familiar with astrology and horoscopes, but these are the attributes that one connects with Scorpio, right? And the facial expression hits the nail, I think.
+ Color set. I like the simple yet effective choice of colors. The green clothes are in contrast to the red hair, using complementary colors at this point was a wise options. Red and green are balanced by the yellow triangle background. Yellow is a good choice to balance red and green.
+ Shapes and outlines. Your picture gets a big portion of expressiveness through its choice of clear and well defined shapes, alongside with strong and bold lines.
+ Anatomy is overall solid.
Let's get to the nitpicks. I hope you will find the critique points constructive.
- Color transition. Although mostly well done, I think the shading transition from light to shadow on her torso should be smoothed out.
- Her fingers look a little thick, kind of masculine. Delicate, feminine fingers would be more appropriate.
- The hair looks a bit like one solid piece. A bit of structuring could help here.
- Also, I see some grey sketching lines left over. I think you should delete them.

As a fan of Astrology, I really like how you captured the image of Scorpio! The appearance of the girl has a bit of an Arabic style to it, especially considering the tambourine she holds. She looks like somebody who came from the desert, where the Scorpion usually sets its habitat. The colors of her dress sort of match Scorpio's personality colors as they are dark, but the reddish hair certainly fits. One of my favorite aspects of this picture is the composition. Her figure is really well executed and lends itself to the triangle rule of observation, directing the eye to her head, then to the scorpion, and then to the whole dress. There really is not much to nitpick except for maybe you could have used a better background? I'd suggest something watery as Scorpio is a water sign or something like an oasis instead of a generic triangle background. Really, it's just my opinion as the figure herself looks really great! I would like to see you do more figures based on astrology.
