You do realize that Team Rocket only two members right? And those two Members are Jesse and James and that's all Team Rocket will ever consist of, nothing more nothing less, so this character technically cannot count as a team rocket member, only as a Team Rocket member wannabe.

OK...I really wasn't making an assumption I was just going by what I had seen because I had only seen the anime, and the only two characters that they show for Team Rocket on the animes are Jesse and James and that's it I've never seen any other characters on there for Team Rocket other than them, so I'm very sorry, but you don't need to get all dramatice about it and act like by me saying that it made you want to commit suicide or something because I hate people who like to make things seem more dramatic than they really are.

There are WAY more members of Team Rocket including grunts and admins.
