A design idea Commissioned by lieladragonrayne and their pokemon Jitendra the male Dra/Char/Phan

Now- I wasn't too sure if you was aiming for this cross to become more Dragonair-esque or Charmeloen-esque since both would give the tree dragon look, so based on the fact the pre evolution looks to have more of a Charmander-esque body, I opted for the Charmeleon look. Though I would totally understand if you was aiming for the other more serpent tree dragon-like look. But this was really fun to do as it's also helped me work out an evolution of my own. In all I hope this helps you in some way!
