Chances are, (s)he's been captured. And as a girl, there'd be a lot more incentive to strip away all his items (which is what they should have done in Gerudo Fortress just to keep him from escaping, unless that was some kind of test).

first of al that's not navi its tatl, wich is a parelel version, so yes she's a girl,

No it is Navi, its not ment to be from MM and he has a mask that changes him to be like that. Its just ment to be random gender bending.
