Description
Because you don't go from [link] to [link] overnight. And, in a move actually giving you guys something to look at, instead of talking at you, a somewhat important moment in young Yukai's childhood. They're in a hotel room, because Yugi used to take Yukai with him when he did exhibition matches for large tournaments. The title "I still don't like it" is what Yukai's next line would be if the scene continued, and the "big kid" Yukai is talking about is a reference to the GX manga (which is slightly less stupid than the GX anime, but not by that much. XD)
It always amazes me that there are still so many characters in the YGO universe who really believe compassion has no place in gaming, considering who the King is. And Yugi and Atem both got more compassionate, not less. (It's one thing when there are one or two, but GX is FLOODED with them!)
Art by as per usual, dialogue and concept by her too. Nugget of wisdom from GDG's Yugi-muse. This may or may not pop up in color in the future.

A good little lesson. Unfortunately, many people only see what they want to see and they see a triumph duelist as being "mean". And the duel school was being run by Kaiba who never really figured out the compassion thing in dueling. We should probably just be grateful he manages to regain a sliver of it for the rest of life.

AWWWWW!!! So cute! Yukai is so sweet! I'm glad that Yugi is still kind and caring despite all that happened to him.
Random Q: If Yugi is Yukai's dad, then who's Yukai's mom?

Téa, because I like her blue eyes and athleticism, and had that pass down to him.

I really like the concept of this little speech. I really do.
*sighs* It's a lesson that is so easily escaped by so many...

Unfortunately, just like you can't tell kindness, you can't tell wisdom.
Which is how Yukai gets it into his head that everybody is stupid.
You like these? Should I post more when they come to me?

I don't blame him, I really don't.
I love these. I would really love to see more of them, when they come to you too. It's just.. the lessons that can come from them, you know?... SOmething to make people think and get them noticed in a way that others might actually be attracted to. Yes, I very much would love to see more of these.

XD Not all them will be life lessons learned, though. I'm working on one right now that I can't even decide which account to upload it to, because Yukai's main role in it (even younger than he is here) is as a device to get Yugi to watch Sesame Street. (lol)
Okay, I guess that's all the more reason to post it, isn't it? XD

It's amazing what parents will do to be with their kids. Trust me. Even as an aunt, I never thought I'd watch Barney. But for my nieces, I did.
