They're in a hotel room, because Yugi used to take Yukai with him when he did exhibition matches for large tournaments. The title "I still don't like it" is what Yukai's next line would be if the scene continued, and the "big kid" Yukai is talking about is a reference to the GX manga (which is slightly less stupid than the GX anime, but not by that much. XD)

It always amazes me that there are still so many characters in the YGO universe who really believe compassion has no place in gaming, considering who the King is. And Yugi and Atem both got more compassionate, not less. (It's one thing when there are one or two, but GX is FLOODED with them!)
