Very excellent work, but something about the way it's drawn doesn't quite sit right with me... Remember Valon, season 4 biker punk? This seems more like something he would wear, and doesn't sit right wiht Yugi's stature. It's a good style, chains and buckles, but feels a bit too bulky for Yugi.
When Yugi's in leather, it helps give his slim muscles some tone, and since it hugs skin-tight, it makes him seem more lean and powerful. Thinning out the bulk in a few choice areas (calves and shoulders) helps make it less distracting.
On a very positive note, I love the way you drew Yugi's duel disk and face. Especially his face. He's like, "Hey, you up there! I'm about to kick your ass! Isn't that great? Don't believe me? Well, take this! *pwn*" A very Yugi thing to do, and a good difference than how Atem might have looked/reacted in that outfit.
I still like the base design of the coat. But it's a big, thick coat, and Yugi almost drowns in it.
