As a note to anyone who only favorited one of the pages of this so they could follow it without watching this account: I understand why you did it; you didn't want a flood of non-YGO/Game of Dreams stuff. But this account is active for the sole purpose of posting this future-story and the subsequent nexgen. Stuff I post here ONLY has to do with that nexgen's continuity. And I'm notoriously poor at keeping the pagelists up-to-date, so it'd really be easier just to watch this account. If at any point you don't want to read the comic anymore, go ahead and unwatch it. You won't hurt my feelings.

Great interaction. I am so in love with the way you have the characters interacting. I like how Kaiba is stiil curt with Serentiy, but is also kind. I have such a soft spot for him, but only when his character seems plausible, like he does in this piece. I cant stop raving about how good it is

Haha, I totally missed that part, 'cause I was starting to get really confused as to why Kaiba was feeling bad about Joey being in the hospital. I was like, Maybe the copious amounts of blood traumatized him?

Panel three has me going "...wha?"
I like the perspective in panel three. I noticed how high the camera was right away and was like, "Serenity's so short. Is the camera at Kaiba's height? Everyone must look short in his eyes... cool... he probably usually only sees the tops of people's heads."
Panel... (counts) seven, I'm... slightly confused about Serenity's strange expression... O_o

In panel 7, she's kind of weirded out (and has a crush on him so she's annoyed, too ("he remembered Mai and not me!")) because in Serenity's view that was a really strange and impersonal way to identify a person. It's a mixed expression with two emotions behind it so of course it's going to look odd.
Serenity is also leaning over the bed in panel three, so she's closer to the ground than normal. I like the way that panel looks too.

I do wonder what may have happened if Kaiba was there to see that duel she was forced into... O_o No wait, that would be a bad idea because Serenity was all whiny. ^_^" Perhaps if he saw near the end... I think Serenity got it together at the end, if I remember right... Then Kaiba would think of her as "Virtuous, mahogany-haired, Saint-Joan girl" (... that is the name of the card, right? >_>" I think it was...) Heh. First I was going to say "cute" instead of "virtuous", but I couldn't picture Kaiba using that word - even if I meant it as "short and child-like, like Mokuba". ^_^"

Saint Joan, yeah. Virtuous doesn't really sound like him either, though, maybe just "short" or "bubbly?" XD And he'd probably say "redhead" because it's shorter. Hee.

Well, I guess I can't argue about Serenity having brown instead of red hair anymore ^_^", because I'm pretty sure I've heard Ichigo from Bleach being referred to as having red or orange hair - and I'm still confused about that, when it's definitely blond... v_v (pretends to compare Ichigo and Ed) Ed's blond hair is oranger than Ichigo's orange hair.
Anyhow... Um... was there enough room to say "I need to become a duelist"?
I basically decided on "virtuous" because Kaiba says Serenity's a virtue name. ^_^" Perhaps Kaiba could just call her "Mutt-sister"? Seems more appropriate at the moment, since he didn't see her dueling. (tries to keep from laughing as I picture Kaiba calling her "virtuous Mutt-Sister" - and then tries very hard not to laugh as I picture Serenity's look, which is similar to panel seven except that she's smirking darkly as she considers how to kill him.)
