--I figured I'd have some fun with the anime trope that all female anime doctors inexplicably look and dress like sluts by just going the whole nine with the personality - Rikako's an ex-gravure model, is not at ALL shy about her sexuality, and she personally chose to have implants that utterly ballooned her chest size up from the actually rather small chest she naturally had. (To be fair to her personality, she isn't just a slut; she very much did EARN her doctorate, takes her job seriously aside from her flirting, is pleasant to talk to, and was always rather intelligent in school. She's just vain and guy-hungry. ;3)
