I really liked making this on Ratemydrawing! Too bad there's no animation for advanced tool~ xDI'm trying to find a coloring technique that makes me happy...it's not easy =_= (I like bright and shiny colours *0* )
I prefer Shinichi to Conan, so I can pair him with Heiji! >D

I have the manga too! 
For this drawing I used the advanced version of RMD, it's like photoshop! You have layers, infinite ink, effects...it's really good!
