Another set of Colored 07 Ghost Chibies. This time it's the Black Hawks. I think they look spiffy in their black and gold uniform, I would join just to get that uniform
Characteres from left to right: Hyuuga, Konatsu, Haruse (blue hair), Kuroyuri (pink hair), Colonel Katsuragi ,Ayanami

Photoshop works, but if you want a free program, GIMP will work fine, you just make a layer, paste the picture on it, set it to multiply, then make layers under the picture, set them to normal, and color it in from those layers

Well it was doing it at first but now my brush just colors grey...

make sure the mode is RGB, I forgot how to do that, but I think that's the problem >.<

Let's see right-click it, go to Image then Mode, and there should be RGB there, so click that, that should work =o
