Not bad. I think the edges should've been bias covered, instead of painted though. They look a little rough. Like the use of a zebra print though.

Just this part covering the arms is painted, to mach the paint on the back. All the rest is covered with bias.

Maybe it's the photograph then. It appears like, especially in a few parts around the hood, that there are strands of thread. It's really picky though, and I think I can only see it because it's an upclose shot.
