I found two particularly fun terms, heteroflexible and homoflexible. Each near total attraction to either the opposite or the same sex depending on the term you use, except for very rare, almost exclusive instances of the opposite.
To use a good example, a heteroflexible man would be almost always attracted to women, but might find a few specific examples where he sexually attracted to men.
Granted, if I said I was homoflexible, I'm sure people would have no idea what I was talking about.
