I've had a really weird obsession with this song for a while.... I don't know why...
Well, I made Ashi today, so yeah~

Two questions. How do you make the models and how do you post the animation on YouTube?

Alright, this might get a bit lengthy XD
Well first, to make or edit models you need the program called PMDEditor.
If you need me to, I can post my version of the program on Mediafire so you can make sure you have the right version with the UV Mapping (which is a lot more important than it sounds).
After you download PMDEditor, just extract the files and open it up. From there you can find various tutorials around deviantArt and youtube about editing and making models and working with parts and what not. C:

For putting the animation on YouTube, you must go to the File menu in the top left corner of MMD, and then it should have an option like Render to AVI file. But before you do that, you must find out how many frames are in your animation. You can do that by looking at that box on the left with all the diamonds in it.
Enter in the number of frames in the 2 boxes that are right next to each other and have an ~ in between them. I usually start at frame 0, and in this case it ended at frame 6,330. So the two boxes would look like this: 0 ~ 6330
Make sure you're exporting the file as an AVI Raw, or else the quality will be destroyed.
It is VERY important that you DO NOT let your screensaver go off or let your screen go dark while MMD is recording. This will turn your whole video black, and you will need to record the thing all over again. It's not fun.
When MMD is finished recording,load it into Windows Live Movie Maker. Or for you it might be Windows Movie Maker.
Add you music and make sure it's in sync.
You will see an option called Save Movie. (NOT Save Project)
When you save the movie, make sure you save it as the For Computer option.
After it's done saving, just upload it to YT from there. C:
