I keep all windows closed until the evening, I live in a mountain area and helps good.
Well I don't have clothes on, only one piece of underwear, even though it kinda ends sticky sometimes, it's better than having clothes on.

Keeping the windows open while the sun burns, makes warm air come in and it heating it up even more.
