yesterday, i was try to make an experiment to make a dramatic VHS effect, add some noise, and 3D effect (red and blue) without photoshop coz my pc doesn't support to run photoshop (i mean too many lag and did'nt respond)i used my last artwork gaster and this is the result. what do you think?
if you have a better tutorial, you can comment below and tell me how to make VHS effect as well
