She don't expect, that Sombra realy loves her and she will fall in love with him too.

palpatine is a master of the sith arts, and darth vader is not as powerful as him. largely due ot the damage caused to him after his duel with obiwan kenobi. else he would have killed palpatine himself.
that is the difference here. not to mention that while chrysalis is skilled at disguise, sombra is a master of illusion.
