The shield on his shoulders. can he move his arms fully, up/down, rotate them? It looks a little uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. I do like the unifrom / armored aspect of the character, I like those sort of form changes.

A little... Might have been more interesting with a more complex and detailed version but it's just a design idea so I kept it simple.
