is at it again with the NOCT.

Unlike the usual OCT's this OCT comes in limited panels and is more focused on the best art each round. Everyone gets to compete along until the end of the tournament ~

Town Common location: Pacifina River Forest area

Personality: Chou has a relaxed, laid-back attitude usually. She likes wandering around exploring the forests and mountains. When confronted to fight she prefers to high-tail out of situations, in the event that she cannot avoid combat she is without mercy and will do much in her ability to keep her party of Pokémon safe. Her attack style is swift with a lot of force, and a lot of evasive movements, though when the situation calls for it and the opportunity is there she will trap her opponents.

Bio: The capital of Pannep is not very keen on defaulters, and while Chou does have a steady food production to offer as a tax payment she refuses to pay. After all, she's far from Pannep and she mostly survives out in the wild. Why would she need to turn in food to those freeloaders? Whenever someone would come to claim her taxes is a difficult task in itself already, because she doesn't have a solid place where she truly stays, and if you manage to find her it is nearly impossible to get hold of her, her unusual mount navigates with high speed and ease through the wilderness and so she managed to stay out of the clutches of authorities so far. By now she is declared as outlaw for tax-evasion.

On the other side she's in alright terms with the Scientists. She's known to appear at irregular intervals in town with samples of unknown native plants that grow on the planet. Mostly wondering if they are safely edible or have any other kind of effective use.

Personality / Bio: Melene is very mischievous and likes toying with her opponents attempting to piss them off as much as possible. It amuses her to no end. Chou refuses to learn her any proper poison-type moves as it might "make food inedible when it gets poisoned". Melene easily makes quick campfires.
