this was doodled this morning an hour before my day started..
been a while since i painted any scenery haha lllOTLAND OF COURSE HEICHOU HAS TO BE IN IT!
EDIT: this was a reply to but here's a random line to go with the pic haha
in this field of red, every flower represents a brave soul who died. every morning, rivaille wanders into the field and watches another day rise with his fellow (dead) men. But secretly, he's always looking for that one blossom that blooms for him.

there are at least thousands of red blossoms in this field, but levi always knew where that one is. he's been here so many times, he can find the spot with his eyes closed. yet, he's never said a word, until today.
things happened so fast back then, there wasn't ever enough time for words. there wasn't ever a need for words. there wasn't ever enough courage for words. but here, now, as levi kneels down before the one flower that represents the heroics of eren jaeger, all the unsaid murmurs of his heart came tumbling out.
"you were always an open book. not that, it's a bad thing. but you always ran away with it."
"i must admit, sometimes it isn't so bad to have company during hard times," but not always...
"if..." levi stopped, no more words can come forward. if only he had accepted eren's help back then. if only he had looked back. if only his pride allowed him to turn around. if.
"shitty brat." the whisper held no malice, and levi stayed kneeling there until dusk before finally bidding the grave farewell.
