This pic is for to use when she draws Ashley/Sailor Celestial for her fan fic (Yes, I gave her permission to use my character in her story so don't harass her about it!!!So this is Sailor Celestial's fuku for the Angelic Senshi Beta...I really liked 's Strikers Charged style...so I kinda incorporated that into the design
