A.K.A. The doodle I put WAAAAAAAY too much freakin effort into
This is something I had drawn in 2010 apparently... ....and I decided to outline it (like last week) and color it...
Oh well.
So, we have Fellicity who is like "Ummm...why are we freaking out?"
Hayley's like "AAAAH!!"
Charlotte's like "EEEK!"
And poor Maddie's too frightened to even really make much noise

I'm not sure that you know this about me, but I prefer some broken lines and some sketchy evidence of construction in my drawings.Β I know it's not the "manga" way to do things, but I think many of the things that are present in your rough have an energy that tells me (although not necessarily "me," and not even accurately "you") more about you than the precise lines of the finished piece.Β I've shared with some folks my "quantum theory" of sketches, but I'll spare you the details unless you really want to know about them.Β Just suffice to say, I think sketchy ideas are often a lot cooler than the products we finish them into. Β

Personally, I like the work you've put into this doodle! All the really funny facial expressions and the different reactions of the 4 girls XD It all feels rather real to me, like something that could happen right out of real life, including passing out XD

It's odd with me because I love insects and I handle them all the time.Β Even bees and wasps, believe it or not, never sting me and I handle them a LOT.
Spiders, though.. I'm terrified of them, but I think they're just as pretty to look at.Β Over the years I've been doing some self therapy, and surprisingly enough I'm able to handle some spiders these days.Β Not all, but some.Β ..It helps to have knowledge of which kinds are dangerous and which ones aren't I suppose.Β (I studied the heck out of insects and spiders when I was a child, haha.)Β Hopefully one day I'll overcome my arachnophobia altogether, but I doubt it.
Anyway, I totally know what y'mean when you say that about thunderstorms, haha.
