***THIS IS IN SCRAPS BECAUSE EVERYONE THINKS THAT I HAVE DRAWN IT! ALL I DID WAS EDIT IT TO LOOK LIKE MY CHARACTERS,COLORED IT, AND PUT MY BACKGROUND ON IT! THAT IS ALL!!!!!!!!!!***So I'm poor but I want to dress up like Sailor Celestial BUT it cost more to have a "Super" costume so this is what Sailor Celestial and Chibi Celestial would wear if they were in the 1st 2 or 3 seasons of Sailor Moon
So I will probably be wearing this when I go to Otakon 
But yeah, I made this with 2 different blanks AND my own original background 
It's so pretty! I figured I can use this pic as a guide for when she makes my costume for me PLUS this is great practice for when I color my actual drawings with my tablet
