This was just for the hell of it....I found a bunch of old Sailor Moon clippings and decided to draw this one of Chibi Chibi
I know it's messed up but I think it looks semi-cool 
Drawn on Bristol Board, colored with PrismaColor Markers, and the background was done with PhotoShop
