Alroyo is not his natural son. He could not conceive a child, so instead, found a surrogate father. But every time he saw lovely Alroyo, he was reminded of the fact that his son was not.

She's actually quite a bit bigger than the picture here shows. There's a miscommunication between her and Alroyo and she downs Frue's potions, then sits and gorges until she's perhaps 90-140 lbs heavier than here.
