I decided I needed some turian practice, so here's some of the turians from my Starquake series! I'm planning on doing a few more of these in preparation for doing short comics for Starquake in the future. So here is at least half of the turians on the crew, some of the more famous or vocal ones (well, Val, Lanster and Marruns go without saying
Iona and Saere not so much)I think I might do a salarian or human one next. I might even do other people's characters if they are interested in helping me practice anatomy/portraits ^.^
I'll do full body versions when I'm more comfortable with these ^.^ (I can't do proper anatomy on a tablet, I need to do it on paper x.x)

I really like the markings on Saere, Iona, and Lanster! I also like what you did with the fringe on the two females. I haven't had a chance to read either of your stories so I'm a bit curious about Valerien... Is his face like, partially melted?
If you're absolutely dying for more practice, I've got 14 (actually more, but that's the main team) turian OC's in my own story. And a few from the other species, but it's a mostly turian story. But I'm a broke college student and didn't get an internship this summer, so I couldn't really pay you for anything, unfortunately...

Thank you! I quite like Saere and Iona myself, mostly since they are simple. Then there is Marruns and his lovely markings in comparison XD If you are just curious about how Val got his injuries but don't want to read a massive volume of chapters, you can read it in Homecoming Chapter 19 (and then 20 is still covering the overall event). But yes, it's partially melted. He used to have marks as well, which you can see in a few of my images (this one has both sides: Starquake Chapter 5 Header)
Don't worry about that! It's all about making gifts and being part of the Mass Effect Community ^.^ I won't be doing turians immediately though. I'll do a few other races first and then go back to turians (to do busts/half body or full body, I've not decided yet). Thank you for the offer! Do you have any references I could use?

The only reference I have that is actually of my characters is a request I got from someone else. I had requested 1 character and he ended up doing 4 because he had wanted to do a military themed drawing and my characters fit. I'll link that, and I'll dig up the notes where I told him what I wanted because I had some references for the markings (part of them are blocked from view in his drawing). I haven't actually picked out markings for the others yet, but I've got a big folder of colony markings in my favorites so I can find some if needed, and I've got docs that have descriptions of them (plate, marking, and eye colors, primarily).
And actually, when I saw Val's markings, I realized I had them in that reference folder already. Poor guy, it's a shame he lost them! I'd also be happy to try to critique your portraits/anatomy stuff, if you'd like. I may not be able to draw for crap, but I like helping others improve. Gifts or no, I feel like I oughta do something in return!

Don't worry too much about Val, he'll be fine. He's still getting used to being called Barefaced though. Thanks for the offer, I might take you up on it ^.^ Just now, I'm trying to boost my confidence, which I have 0 of when it comes to anatomy. Once I boost that up, I'll start asking for critiques!
