Looking good! I like the improvements you've made, I don't see any noticeable corners or chunks, and the color palette looks rather nice as well! Keep up the great work! I can already see improvement! :3
The only other advice I could possibly provide from here on out would be critiques or alternate methods of design via tutorials from people I consider to be masters at pixeling.
Come to think of it, I think I have a few animation and pallet resources in my favs. Want any links?

I had to browse through a few and weed out the ones that I thought were irrelevant. Sorry for the wait. XD
Color and Texturing:
[link] ( A basic crash-course in methods of pixeling by Kiwinuptuo. I highly recommend looking at his work and his other tutorials, as they are very insightful and interesting.)
[link] (By the same person. Focuses more on basics of coloring pixel art and making a fluid and re-useable color pallet)
[link] (This one is a little more focused on alternate textures. Probably a little on the useless side when pixeling animated things unless you feel like taking the time to do that much work. Also might help if you feel like making backgrounds.)
[link] (This one had some cool ways of combining colors.)
[link] (Here's a texture tutorial fro one of the sprite artists of Dragoncave.net ! It's a neat little crash course in making cool patterns in a limited space.)
Style methods and animating tips:
[link] (This one's a little confusing because it was translated from spanish, but has an interesting way to structure characters.)
[link] (This is a photoshop tutorial, but the method can be applied in GIMP. I reccomend looking at this person's gallery as well because they have a lot of animated sprite art that might inspire you more. :3 Also, GIMP allows you to import pictures as frames, so if you sequence them by number, you can easily import them and it will be that much faster when animating, and it's freeware!)
[link] ( This one was made by myself. I thought it might interest you since it shows how you can make pixel art fairly easy in SAI... Which I THINK you have right? XD But anyway... yea, I'm terribru at tutorials, but hopefully it's of use. )
