Description
When #Knitting-and-Crochet was doing that Star Wars theme contest in March, I offered 3 prizes to each participant placed(1st, 2nd, and 3rd). This was the prize for 1st place, which was ~pandacatification . The prize for first was a custom Amigurumi. Therefore, she had asked for Merida from Brave. She is a chibi version of Merida, and she stands at 5 inches tall. Her arms were not very well executed, because, well I suck at making arms. Otherwise, she came out adorable and her hair took for ever! hehe

The wavy effect you created with the unraveled yarn for the hair is really clever. Definitely looks like Merida's.

Thanks!!! The yarn I used was "Vanna's Choice" in Terracotta. After I added the hair, i began pulling the 4-ply yarn apart to reveal the "wavy" part.

Since it is a Chibi, I charge $5-$10 depending on difficulty.
