Yes, these are paper "scan" textures (the reason why i say "scan" is because i've photographed these, so they're not scanned. but the quality is still pretty good, believe it or not!)
I so wish i could get a scanner soon, hahaha.

This package has textures like Set02, but don't worry, these aren't the same ones.
