Honestly? I don't know if I will finish it. I got frustrated at the pencil. It gave me attitude.
I wish that I could take an art class, honest to god. Just to learn something new. I've been teaching myself my whole life - I want to learn a pencil technique so I'm not sitting around with dirty fingers and a mechanical pencil, you know? xD

oh! I know how you mean! I'm mostly self-taught myself, although I took two college art classes for the hell of it (drawing I and painting I). you learn a little bit about technique but a lot about really sticking with a project. and it's fun to have the other students critique you. XD
personally, I would suggest using some of those paper smudge stumps to keep from getting your fingers all black. they tend to be much more detailed than fingertips.

lookin good! 2 crits: her right hand looks a bit off with the fingers. The finger proportions are off a bit. And the feet - you should be able to see a part of her right shoe. otherwise the double heel thing might get confusing. otherwise - everything else looks pretty dern good. :3
