Nothing special,just one of my favorites scientists in create.swf...took my time...but it went kinda nice.Anyway...the blonde guy at the capsule is supposed to be Zero.
Yeah,it's hard to make them look like they real selfs in Create.swf.
Dr.Wily and Zero belongs to Capcom.
I don't own anything!
