IMO i think there are 2 types of chou shinka in xros wars.this is them in a nutshell
Chou shinka Xros wars (Golden blast digivolution):
the digimon being evolved doesn't change, it just gets added on too but it keeps it main form. omegashoutmon doesn't change that much from shoutmon and gumdramon exept they get covered in golden armor, tunring into omegashoutmon and Gigagumdramon
chou shinka Young hunters (blast digivolution):
more of a regular digivolution. the digimon's form actually changes rather then just getting added on too. the main color scheme stayes the same. theres Roarmon and arresterdramon.
