Father Kem is a bishop from Daemon's Run (now simply called 'Dem') and runs the city since the end of the battle that took place years prior. While he says he is devoted to the Goddess, his modus operandi is far from what the Scriptures entail. He uses Lady Melne as a puppet ruler, making her take the blame for the dilapidated state of the city, and aims to turn the population of Dem into his own devoted army.

I was a bit surprised when PixAI gave him that cross and staff, but... given the the actual holy symbol of the Acolytes is a replica of a Soul Gem, these feel less like the man is an Acolyte... but rather, an Outcrier.

Side-note: the name Kem means 'Sun' in Grenada, and 'Brave King' in Nigeria.
