Why does Bill think Mabel's Dipper? It looks like she cuts her hair and puts on Dipper's clothes while Bill's there. Shouldn't he know that's Mabel and not Dipper?

I dont say that Dipper was... death, what if he only was in a kind of a new mindscape, or he fell asleep in a DEEP dream, (cuz after all Bill's a demon dream)

Also if he knows the future, why he didnt know that Mabel will defeat him whit giggles, or why he didnt know that is Stan who has all the journals?
