i always wanted to try but i wasnt sure until one lady on youtube from idk which video gave advice on how to make a sketchbook prettier and she was like... "aDD LOTS OF BOXES" and I was like WOA INNOVATIVE lolol

i guess i have 2 ways of doing things now xDD
Idk i keep forgetting the super colourful hair n hashing shade thingies when i colour digitally...but I guess it's easier to follow for a ref sheet xDD

i bet he subtly smells like strawberries or smth sweet //shot

I should try that lolol, I don’t have a sketchbook so I take all the A4 Illustrations and extra paper and shove it into this folder that I bring everywhere xD When I started drawin humans last year the majority of the finished drawings were blank backgrounds haha

xD yeah, I actually keep forgetting to add Allen’s golden strip of hair  dammit ;u; I keep saying I want to commision people for their gorgeous art but I don’t even have ref sheets except for Alice’s Pocky Day getup xD...

Haha yes he must smell like pure sunshine xD

I used to draw on exclusively papers and not on books cuz idk, whenever I get a new sketchbook I feel guilty drawing in it xDDD

Ikr i wanna commish or art trade and stuff but thinking back... I got no refs xD
Gosh I should redo squid's one-- And draw a few others/// I'm super jealous whoever pumps out ref sheets of their ocs a lot.. how do they do that? It's like sorcery to me xD

I have around 3 sketchbooks, I never use them because the way it was bound together makes it hard for me to draw, I always have to press down on the book so that the pages don’t flip and close the book... It closed when I was doing watercolour once, and ever since then I’ve been taking the pages of the book and drawing on them separately haha...

Me too, but then when I read their requirements they say “Ref is required” and I’m just crying there in front of my ipad xDD 

I look forward to the future refs, I’m just. dying to know all about your ocs // Haha me too, I always wonder where they get the time to draw all of them xD..

Because Alice’s hairstyle is always changing, I’m trying to hold off drawing her ref because I’ve always made drastic changes to her appearance... Heck I don’t even sue a ref for her colours, I know by heart the colour ratios for her hair xD

If I dont draw their refs, I'll probably have their written bios out first xDD
Idk I'm very indecisive with designs //lies on the ground
Everything changes in the speed of light, I have no idea which to choose cuz I love all the designs xD

and then theres some

where each design still looks unfitting for them

Haha me too, I’ve got this essay about Alice because I always spend the most tiem fleshing out her character, and then you have Allen and Marie who are kinda already done.. Still need to give a reason for Allen’s motives and Marie’s reason for loving the colour red xDdD

I’m super indecisive about clothing designs, but because I doubt artistocrats wear the same thing twice I can design as many as I want for one character xD

Omg, relatable— If you look through my OLDEST posts you can find Alice with short hair// She was gonna have short hair as a sign of a girl who has movedon an stuff, but it was kinda hard cause her hairstyle was... defying the laws of physics?...
