Yuukouken,
You said that SAI is much fast to respond than Clip Studio Paint. Is there anything else that SAI has that Clip lacks? I'm currently using Clip but seeing that most digital artist these days are using SAI and looking at everyone's artwork, I'm considering of getting SAI too.

Sorry for the super late response, I haven't checked this in awhile, so not sure if it matters, but I consider SAI the best for drawing, and Photoshop the best for painting, but less responsive for drawing. I put Clip Studio in the middle of them both, hopefully that helps.

That's so cute!! ^^ I've never heard of Clip Studio Paint.. I tried SAI but unfortunately it doesn't recognize my tablet PC's pressure sensitivity... I hope that Clip does because it seems like a nice alternative

Clip is really nice. It is not as fast as SAI. The best way I would describe it is that its kind of in between PS and SAI.

Hey, is Clip Studio Paint a good program to use? I have GIMP, but I was wondering if this would much better.

Clip Studio Paint I would say is halfway between SAI and Photoshop in terms of features and overall feel while drawing. SAI has the quickest response times imo, and feels best for drawing. PS has lots of great features, and the brushes make it great for painting, but I prefer drawing on SAI. Clip Studio is in the middle of those two. Also keep in mind that Clip Studio requires more power than SAI or in your case GIMP, so if your computer isn't up to it, you're not going to get great performance out of it.

Ok! Thank you so much! I really like your drawing, I wish I could draw that well on a tablet!

Thanks! I honestly feel that SAI is the best for a lot of people starting out, it feels the most natural. So I definitely recommend giving that a shot because it gives you a nice understanding and feel that helps you with more advanced programs if you switch later on. Best of luck to you! ^-^
