The industrialist/capitalist would never do this to his own property..he is over taxed and blamed...
So after being vilified and called evil, the flood and the fire and the overtaxation for social programs the poor landowner plants a tree in the hopes his garden, his field can support his needs with its fruit...it did it before...there is hope..."If"
