Since I wasn't able to record my last drawing with the star freckles, I did another speed paint with sakura freckles 
Quite a few people have told me since posting these freckle drawings that they get made fun of a lot for their freckles. Well, freckles are beautiful and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise! They're just jealous that they don't have stars or flowers on their faces
1 hour speedpaint in SAI and Photoshop.

Very pretty girl, her eyes shining like the stars. No wonder the freckles look like stars too. Besides in Germany there is a saying: "A face without freckles is like a sky without stars." Wonderful picture.

Welp the face is very pretty, but idk the freckles don't feel very natural; its more like the brush for the design was just set on random and wasn't blended well.
You did very well on the rest of the face, though, keep up the good work!

Artists are so focused on copyrighting silly things such as poses and all that stuff (which is absolute garbage in my opinion. I LOVE seeing people reference and learn from one another.) In fact my speedpaint was referenced from a painting. <3 Moral of this story, just the subtle hint of similarity made me smile and just goes to show that one another's art can be similar even by mere accident. And that's amazing to me.

I adore freckles, they are pretty and cute and stuff, wish I had them too. So yeah I don't understand why anyone would make fun of them.
