Description
Lots of people have asked me to make a tutorial but I never had the time. Well, I found some time while procrastinating on hw yesterday to do a simple eye tutorial in my semirealistic Project WE style. I used Paint tool SAI in this tutorial but the instructions can work for Photoshop as well.I will do more tutorials on other things later but that's all for now!

This is a simply fantastic tutorial. Wow~! your art style is so amazing. I am seriously in love with the vibrant colors you can get with your eyes. β₯
Just curious; No matter how big of a canvas I work with, My eyes always seem to come out too small to put into them the sort of detail you seem to be able to cram in. I'm wondering what the typical/approximate size is of the canvas' that you tend to work with.

Although, will it work with any color other than blue? Not sure which contrasting colors I'd use for say, purple eyes. (Prolly just two diff purples... Gonna hafta play with it a bit. )

i'm exploring the digital art realm,
because this community is absolutely fantastic and it seems necessary to upgrade for the full experience.
i was wondering if you have any recommendations for a tablet, if you do, in fact, use one for processes like this.

I notice that you used a pen tool to draw the eye. Do you usually do your Project WE drawings--or any drawings--using a pen tool?

please, lips next? semi-realism is so unique per artist, but difficult to achieve if you don't get key pieces down. your work is so, so impressive.
