This work is for 's Drawing Contest, I drew :iconMrockniaK:'s OC, Ran.
I tried to draw every single element step by step, slowly, so I won't mess up like I use to all the time >3<". I think I did well this time, even though there are some things I don't like myself. ewe)/ I tried to draw her at a party or something, I tried to make the background funky, just like she seems to me. :3
