The render shows Meicoomon and half of its evolution line (To be specific, the ones from its dark evolution line).The dark evolution line is one of the possible evolution line for Meicoomon in addition to the regular evolution line (Normal Meicrackmon and Rasielmon, in case you don't know) and is heavily featured in other Digimon media outside of the 20th anniversary V-pet.
