Kamen Rider Nadeshiko Meteor Fusion States (仮面ライダーなでしこ メテオフュージョンステイツ)
"Is this the power that the Fusion Switch can do? Sweet!" -Said Nadeshiko after she state-change into Meteor Fusion States for the first time

This is the form Nadeshiko can accessed by 2 different astro switches: The Meteor Switch and the Fusion Switch.
The Fusion Switch grants Nadeshiko to access the other switch and combined the power of the two Riders to initiate the States-change; In Meteor Fusion States' case, this form is a result of combining the power of both Nadeshiko and another Kamen Rider, Meteor.
The Cover switches on the driver have become transparent and their capacity has become larger in order to stores more cosmic energy.
In this form, Nadeshiko is armed with both Meteor Galaxy (メテオギャラクシー) (Originally Kamen Rider Meteor's weapon) and Cosmic Module Barizun Sword (コズミックモジュール バリズンソード) (Originally Cosmic States' main weapon).
Because it is a form that combine both her and Meteor's power, it also granted Nadeshiko to have the ability to use Jeet Kune Do style (A fighting style created by Bruce Lee), making her more dangerous to her foes.
However, there are two disadvantages: First, like Magnet States, it takes up all 2 switch sockets to do the States-Change, rendering the other switches being useless. Second, if she States-change to this form while Kamen Rider Meteor is around, it will forcefully cancel Meteor's transformation as a result.
Finisher:
Nadeshiko must activate the Limit Break function in order to initiate the following finishers:
-Rider Fusion Kick (ライダーフュージョンキック) - This is the most powerful flying kick finisher Nadeshiko even had. it has two times more powerful than that of Cosmic State's Rider Kick.
