hulk quite naturally becomes irritated with Pete's constant swinging and flying around him, much like a human and a fly
so he proceeds to attempt to catch Pete, which of course he never would be able to, Pete continues to swing and loop effortlessly evading hulk, which he can do no damage to
this continues for the entire comic until hulk just gets bored and leaves

I think Marvel needs more creative ways for Flash to put a hurting on people. Really evil stuff, like completely undressing bad guys then plucking every piece of body hair off in a few milla-seconds and then stuffing orfaces with things that don't belong for example slugs in nostrils. After all that, he can dismember them at a molecular level and then reassemble them improperly before they even bleed.
