Description
Somewhere between a baby Ent and a Mandrake, Rootlings are mischievous little creatures born from the twisted knots of roots under ancient trees and plants. Their variety is near endless, yet you could be surrounded by them and never know. They tend to move only when they think they are unobserved, and play tricks on investigative animals. They are simple and have no capacity to understand the notion of good or evil but are seen by the superstitious as benevolent spirits of the woods.

Probably split these little fellas up into individual studies when it comes to colouring.
