Still not totally given up on my creating a game idea... but the last time I ran into a few problems with the rpg maker, what ended up with a lag of motivation and resulted in a slowly falling asleep of the project^^But there was the idea of try to use a different engine, so finally I found enough motivation to try a few things with the unity engine... mostly animating stuff so far^^
So here is one of my first tries of some kind of skeletal rigged cut out 2d animation, hope thats not too bad

Well was mostly a try how to set up basic animation and the physics for her hair and other bodyparts so...

Not really, still mostly done the animation stuff you can see here^^
Next stepp is to see what additional unity extentions are available and what funktions have to been done manually...^^
(still not much clue how to work with unity so I have the tendency to keep doing stuff I at least partly know how to do^^)

If you are still interested in making that RPG thing on Unity, there are tutorials to check on YouTube... I am honestly making my game with the assistance of a tutorial

Well if you ever will try to use the rpg maker for something non rpg maker looklike... that needs a lot of workarounds and additional stuff (and can end in problems and incompatibilitys^^)
As said in the description I try to acquaint myself with the Unity Engine (there´s a program direct from unity to work with), still not much done on the programming/gamemaking side. more used as a animation tool so far
(one problem I have had with the maker, since every animation frame have to been drawn there manually...) to rig reusable and manipulable/movable 2D "dolls", like used for this animation
(if you are intersted in more details I can also show picture of the skeleton and the body parts it based on^^)
Also thanks for the compliment, was mostly a try how to set up animation and how the "bone physics" work on hair and other bodyparts^^
