I believe you know all this already, but for me having different degrees of detail is always a fascinating feature in an image - and this video reminds me of that.

I have watched the video for about 4 months ago and I thought: 'meh its easy to do simple'. But no absolutely not, i had to train myself focusing on detail and until now I just can do it simple. I think you have to understand the shape (detail) before you can do it simple way cuz its not easy to simplify things but still keep full informations without knowing it well
